Shipping Address & Changes

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
